Overhead and underground powerline installation for a 10-lot, recreational/cabin subdivision and installation of electrical service to the Homeowner’s Association pump house
Unique Problem Solved
This project involved working with the private property owner and Homeowner’s Association (HOA). We assisted the property owner with the construction process and coordinated with the HOA to calculate the shared cost associated with service to the power line that feeds the HOA pump house.
